My sincerest apologies if someone has asked a similar question, but I have searched several ways and can't quite sort out my mind or how to work this with PA.
I maintain rentals. Weekly and Monthly I get emailed files from a vendor that need to be indexed and retained for each rental property. The vendor couples together as several attachments, with each attachment given a unique name that begins with a unique identifier for each property.
Feasibly, is there a means to set up a single flow that take the file from that email and moves it into a folder indexed as Root/Weekly/Property and Root/Monthly/Property, with the unique identifier matching the file folder.
OR
Do I need to create multiple flows that create the file from the email, sets it aside into a folder, then moves to a folder by a key, with a flow for each property?
Thoughts?
