Asynchronous Pattern return HTTP failed code 308

I'm using Asynchronous Pattern with HTTP Connector on Power Automate.

By mean returning code 202 when process not finished, and 200 when it done.

This was working fine last months.

Today I found that it return HTTP failed with code 308.

I check my server log. It only got one access (returning 202).

When retry-after time Power Automate just failed the flow with HTTP failed code 308.

There's no second access after retry-after time on my server.

Is there any change on Power Automate platform considering the Asynchronous Pattern?
