Warning: MITIGATED: Between 2018-04-20 08:25 PDT and 2018-04-20 10:40 PDT, users were unable to log into Flow.
All of my users are getting the same message when logging into flow.
This just started in the last hour.
If you contact support, you may be asked to provide the following details:

Best regards,

When my supervisor tried to approve a PTO request it gave her the error message that says Authentication failed. Why is this?
I used a SharePoint list and Power Automate flow with two approvals.
@Ksim It sounds like you need to ask a separate, new question with details about your flow included.
Good afternoon,
My flow is a PTO request from staff members that flows to two managers for approval.
1. Staff member completes the SharePoint form
2. Item is added to Leave Request list.
3. The approval goes to their direct supervisor as listed in Office 365 Organization profile.
4. If Direct Supervisor Rejects -Email is sent of status - Rejected
5. If direct supervisor approves - it goes to my manager for Final approval.
6. If my manager Rejects - email goes staff member that request is rejected.
7. IF my manager Approves
8. Item is created on a PTO Calendar that everyone can view.
9. Email goes to staff member who requested PTO with Status - Approved
My manager is the direct approver for my teams PTO requests as well as final approver for all other company employees(total 45 employees); but she is not the direct manager for all employees. When she tried to approve a request, she gets an error message that says " Authentication Failed." I Hope someone can help, Please! Thank you!
My Flow: (I hope you can see it ok).
