Auto email the results of a form to individual users at the end of the day - What there Tally was

Newbie to Power automate...

I have an Ms form set up to allow people to add what they have installed during the day

what I want to do is use power automate to count what and individual has done and email then once at a specific time

I know i can do it every time an update to a form but this just tells me a form has been updated -

dave 10

fred 22

harry 17

in this example I would want an email to Dave saying you installed 10 items

an email to Fred saying you installed 22 items

then the following morning reset to zero and start a new for the day

Dave 7

Fred 4

send an email again at a specific time again

Dave you installed 7 items

Fred you installed 4 items

reset for next day

I assume i can pull data from the form/excel sheet but not sure where to start and how to sort it for the individual users

any help pointing me in the right direction

Hi @Dangerous85 ,

Check out the Templates section in Power Automate and Search for 'Forms'.

Perhaps the one that says ''Send an email to responder when response submitted in Microsoft Forms" could be of help to you.

Also there are some which outputs the result to an Excel.

There is a template but it emails every time there is an update/ addition to the form.

I want it to add up individuals total and email at the end of the day.

I don't seem to be able to find that option 😕

Hi @Dangerous85

As mentioned did you also get a chance to take a look at the other Templates after searching for 'Forms'?

Not necessarily you have to use the templates for what it is designed for.

You can take the idea and always make modifications as per you requirements.

Check out the ones that show how to read the Form responses.

You can perform the calculation based on reading the Form values.

At the end of the day after the run is complete you can reset the counters within the flow.

Also there are some which gives the result in an Excel.
