I am new to power automate and a lot of the power apps. I am not sure if this is the right place to post this so I apologize if it is not. I was wondering if there is a way via power automate or another process I am not thinking of to populate a word documents fields based on who opens or downloads a word doc.
Basically I have a sentence that says, "Should you have any questions feel free to contact 'user's name' at 'user's email' or 'user's phone number'"
If anyone has an idea of how to go about that that would be awesome.
You can have word documents populated easily - The question would be how these people are opening the documents, and whether or not you can get metadata on the person. To put this into context, this scenario is possible:
Customer places order or something of that nature --> Customer name is pulled from order, placed into word document, saved as pdf, and emailed to customer
