Automatic Email After App Completion ( Error 403 )

Hi there.


I have an application that requires the user to fill out some information, a copy of which is sent to their email address.


I have encountered this particular error only twice, from two separtate users, who have since been able to use the application without error. I would just like some context on what the error message is actaully saying, i am having a hard time interpreting it and the app is now working fine with 0 changes to the app, flow or users permissions.

Hi @cambo,


Error 403 means that flow fails because of an authentication error. When you are having this error, you are asked to update the connection with correct credentials.


According to the error message, it seems that the connection has been blocked. Please try to recreate the connection to see if it will work.


By the way, how is your flow created? Please share a screenshot of your flow.

Hi there.


The error has only occured twice now (see below). It is working every other time. The failure seems to be random. I would like to know what is causing it.




My flow works through taking a users input into an app and using it to fill out the body of an email.
