Automating an MS Form that I don't own/have access to

Hi! I would like to build a flow that pulls answers from a MS Form. The catch is that it's a form that I don't have access to - due to my company's broader policies on sharing permissions across offices, I can't be added to the form. I also can't be added to a group folder to have the form shared with me. I've tried pulling the form ID but it's not working. Any tips?

Hi there,

Sorry but I'm pretty sure you're going to need access to the form in order to pull in responses.
An option might be to get someone who owns the MS Form to export the Response XLSX once a week or so into a folder for you somewhere. Would that be possible?

Cheers,

Rhia
