How do automate the Power Automate Flows from one environment to another site ??  Any ideas on

To change enviroment, no. The only way is export/import

Thanks..  my scenario is when an new item is added in SharePoint list a mail notification to trigger. 

List is deployed in a site named Site1

now the same flow, list will migrated to another site named Site2 . Instead of dynamically update the site2 url and list name in flow connections. the same can be achieved through automation / script / environment variables / child flows ?

If they are in the same enviromment and you have acess to both, you can do it in the same flow
