In your original post you say the following:

"I imported-exported a flow I've made to my colleague, but after an import that flow onto His account, this error appears."

Can you explain what you mean when you say "an import that Flow into his account".  Did you have the user import the Flow and provide his own credentials upon import?

If I have answered your question, please mark your post as Solved.
If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up.

I followed with this instruction : https://www.thirdtier.net/2021/05/26/how-do-i-export-and-import-a-flow-from-power-automate/

While I was importing, I Did connect His account to the flow rules and necessary Triggers (Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint)

Ok I fixed the bug. After Import I should have done the flow test. After It, green ticks appeared.
