BadGateway (500/502 Error)

Like some others reported earlier, we are getting flow failures for the last few days on a flow that previously worked fine and no changes have been applied. The inner error message is: "Value does not fall within the expected range." The step it fails on is updating an existing SharePoint list item. The update action actually happens as expected but the step is still failing for some reason in the end and prevents subsequent steps from being executed. Any insights on how to troublshoot this?

Re: BadGateway (500/502 Error)

Just to close this thread out, about one week ago the failures stopped occuring without any intervention. I am assuming Microsoft made a change/fix to SharePoint Online which resolved the issue.

Hi @sommarafton1,

Are you still having the issue?

How is your flow created? Could you share a screenshot?

Please share more details on your flow to help reproduce this issue on my side.

Best regards,

Mabel Mao

Re: BadGateway (500/502 Error)

Hello Mabel,

Thanks for the response.

Yes, the issue is still occuring. The flow was created from scratch (no template) on flow.microsoft.com. It was no an import of an existing flow. The flow was shared with other editors, hence it is a team flow. It was working fine for 3+ weeks. Here are the steps in the flow:

1) When a SharePoint list item is created (site address and list name specified for SP Online)

2) SharePoint Create File (Site Address, Folder Path, File Name, File Content). The Folder Path includes a new folder in an existing document library.

3) Compose - Get Folder Path (replace(outputs('FilePath'),'temp.txt',''))

4) SharePoint - Delete File (Site address, File Identifier specified)

5) SharePoint - Update Item (Site address, List name, Id, Customer Name, Documents Folder = Folder Path from step 3)

All actions are actually executed fine but in the end the badgateway error occurs on the last step.

Let me know if you need any additional info.

Thanks.

Best regards.

We are still experiencing this issue, do we need to log a support ticket to get more insight into why and how to resolve this?
