I just discovered Flow and want to have leave requests from staff used in Sharepoint. I have watched videos etc... I think I have the flow set up...maybe. Now how does a staff member initiate a leave request? email? In Sharepoint?

When you re-post, please provide some additional detail on what you are trying to accomplish. For example, are you using a calendar or a custom list in SharePoint for your leave requests. Who will be approving the requests? The individuals manager? Are you using Office 365? The more detail that you can provide, the better.
