Best Practice for adding "Company Name" to a DocuSign Document that is getting saved to SharePoint via Flow?

How can I add a client's company name to a docusign file that I am saving to sharepoint?  My initial thought was to put the user's name and client name in the "Recipient Name" and add the Recipient Name from Dynamic Content (see screenshot below), but if there are multiple recipients two documents will be created.  If it were possible to add something like First(RecipientName) to the title of the SharePoint file, then this would work.

Below is my flow:

Currently the File Name shows "MSA", followed by today's date.  I want to somehow add the client's name to the end of it.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could use Expression below to get the First RecipientName:

triggerBody()?['DocuSignEnvelopeInformation']?['EnvelopeStatus']?['RecipientStatuses']?['RecipientStatus'][0]['UserName']

You could also use variables to store all RecipientNames.

Please take a try.

Hi there.  I'm not totally familiar with DocuSign but I read on it a bit and it looks like there is an action to list recipients.  Could you add that in, and then use a filter or something to get the first hit?  Check out this thread on doing that part.

Keep us posted.
