Block bot conversation

I just discovered that a user can block a flow bot in Microsoft Teams.

Is there a way that the user wouldn't be able to block the flow bot?

Cause I've created a bot that would send message/reminder to specific user and I don't want them to block the bot.

What can I do about it?

I don't think there is any way to force a user to accept an incoming message. They have a right to block any address they choose.  The only solution is to educate the user on why the flow bot should be allowed to send them a reminder.  But I don't know of any way to keep them from blocking it.
