Hi, I have a parallel branch with 3 options.
1. Approve/Reject response
2. Delay action for Reminder emails
3. Email is send to administrator upon time-out after 30 days
For some reason the reminder emails associated with branch 2 are not sending. Wondering if anyone would know why this is.

You couldn't add the parallel branch under the "Start an approval" action, since if the response is made in the "Start an approval" action, you would update the "Status" column in the item, so your Condition 2 would never run.

Unfortunately I am unable to add a parallel branch where you suggest as I have Apply to Each groups and a condition in between. When I click to add a parallel branch above the 'Start an approval' action I do not have the option for a parallel branch..
I believe that the Flow that @v-yuazh-msft has suggested should work for you.
