Can I build one flow that handles all failed flows?

Hello 🙂 , is there a way to build one flow that handles all the failed flows in your environment? So if a flow failed it will send a message with the flow details that failed. I know that you can add these failure detections in the flows itself, but then I would have to change all the flows I have in my environment.
