I can create a flow, I can edit Cloud App Security policies, but can not check the box "Send alert to flow", it is greyed out. When I click on "Create playbook" I am taken to My Flows screen, I can select a flow but nothing happens.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Hi @WWU-InfoSec ,
Could you please provide more details about "When I click on "Create playbook" I am taken to My Flows screen, I can select a flow but nothing happens."?
I am afraid I don't quite understand what this is.
Also, please refer to Online for more details on Integrate with Flow for custom alert automation, please check the following link and see if it helps.

Best Regards,
I was having the same issue in MCAS with Flows. Since we use separate accounts for admin functions versus user functions, the account logged into MCAS was not the same one that created the flow. To solve that, I added the admin account that I use to log into MCAS with as an owner of the Flow with the MCAS connector and it is now showing up in the extensions on MCAS. Maybe that is helpful for anyone who stumbles across this.
