Can we change MS flow Approval Task Design

Hi Mates,

Is there any way we can modififed the additional comments section which appears when we click on Approve / Reject from MS flow Approval page.

User dont want additional steps whethere they requetsed to enter comments. i know its optional but user dont want that additional page.

Any suggestion.

I dont know if it suits you, but instead of using the Approval connector, you can use: Send email with options.

Option is good but it wont captute who has approve the request. it only capture action taken by users.

is there any way we can capture who has approve this task.

I created a column in Sharepoint named Approver, and insert the approver there when the item is created. You`ll get the final mail with the approver and his response.

Hi @NikTan,

I'm afraid there is no way to remove Add Comments currently. This is to let Approver add some comments to pass some information to the Requestor. This is the standard configuration of Flow Approval.

If you would like to Approval without comments within Microsoft flow, you could vote for the similar ideal in the forum below:

I think the solution provided by @Dorul also could get and notify who has approve this task.
