Hi,
I have a Excel file hosted in SharePoint online doc library and I want to sync the data from the file to SharePoint Online list. The Excel file has 40,000 rows in it. Couple of questions I have if anyone able to create 40,000+ rows using Excel into SharePoint online list using Power Automate? If they do what type of connectors they used?
Thank You

You want to automate the creation of new SharePoint lists with 40k+ items? Or just want to keep an excel file and SharePoint list in sync? In any case, with that volume of data, I would encourage you to move away from Excel as a source (toward SharePoint or Dataverse for Teams).

I haven't tried it with >40k rows, but it worked well for >5k. Please see this article.
Export an Excel table to SharePoint (microsoft.com)

Hi Thank you for response. As I'm trying to automate the process of creating the data from Excel to SharePoint Online what I end up doing is using Dataflow, moving data to the Dataverse (that's done) and using Power Automate now to create the list items reading from Dataverse table to SharePoint Online list. Ran into 5000 items limit, Now trying after turning on the pagination in the List Row Dataverse Action.
I have couple of more questions related to Power Apps, I will ask them on PowerApps community forum.
Thanks
