Change email account

Hi, I made some flows within my company with my account and all the emails that are send, it sends it from my account. Now I have a new support account from wich I want the emails to be send. 

How can I do that without having to create them all over again.

Any help would be great, thanks

Hi @Anonymous 

 

If your account is deleted the Flows would not run (if under your account)

Make sure to add other user as the co-owner of your Flow (Go to Flow, and edit the Owners)

Also, update all connections to point to other account

The only way out will be to go to each flow and update the connection to use the new email account

 

Another option would be to use the admin connectors but that would be a long way out

If I do that, what would happen if my account is deleted? The flow would keep on working?

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

You could create a new email connection using the new support account first.

Then click Save as to create a copy of the flow and change the connection in the new Flow.

Finally, turn on the new Flow and close the previous Flow.
