Changing the approval appearance?

Can this be customized? This has to be the worst UI scheme that I've seen in my career. You are supposed to hit the grey on grey Submit button instead of the bright Blue Approve button.

From an interface standpoint, that is completely backward.

Re: Changing the approval appearance?

These colors are determined by the theme for the SharePoint site. The following documentation discusses how you can change the look and feel of your SharePoint site(s):

Re: Changing the approval appearance?

I agree with @Brad_Groux in that the appearance is related to the theme you have used, but I don't believe this has to do with the SharePoint theme.  Rather, I believe it is related to the theme used in Outlook (either on the web of the Outlook client).  Try changing the theme used in Outlook and see if that resolves the issue.

When the mouse arrow is over the button:

If you want the submit button to stand out, it is recommended that you change your theme and select the one you like.
