Check and strip attachment from CDS

Hello All,
Does anyone have any tips or tricks to remove attachments from emails within the CDS?

Hi @Mr_Mather ,

 

If you want to check if the email is the one you specified and strip the attachment, you can check the properties of the email.

Or if you know the identifier of the corresponding record, then you can use Get record directly to get the specified record and perform the following operations.

The method I provided earlier is to show that the attachments are stored in the Notes entity and use the Regarding id as a reference field, so you can use a similar method to get or remove attachments.

 

Hope it makes sense.

Hi there, could you, or perhaps anyone else with the knoweldge 😉 give me a little heads up on how it knows which email to strip the attachement from.

 

Is there any extra config to the Regarding section
