My organization has subscribed to the E3 plan and power automate is available to use to me. However, I need to use Azure devOps connector which has been labelled as premium. I tried using the connector once and the flow was executed successfully. Is there a way to know whether the premium connector is available in my plan or what the additional cost might be...
The AzureDevOps connector definitely requires a Premium license. If you go to 'MyAccount' (click on your user picuture in the upper right corner) and drill down to Subscriptions you can see a list of licenses you have.
