Check if sharepoint list item has been modified or added

I need to copy sharepoint list items that have been added or modified to a table once a week.

What is the best way to do this and check for this condition?

Probably the best way to identify items that have been modified over the last week is to use a recurrence trigger configured to run once a week and a Get Items action with an OData filter.  The expression that I used can be seen in the comments for the action.  Then all you need to do is loop through each item and insert them somewhere - where do you want to copy the items?
