If the website has RSS feeds, then we could monitor the RSS changes under Microsoft Flow:

Hi, this doesn't really answer the question.

There are many sites which don't have RSS feeds, otherwise it would be simple and the HTTP action just allows you to do an action based on a poll of a site.

The challenge is how do you determine if the site has changed in the period since the last poll, I also would like to do this so that I can check if there is new news on a site which is just plain HTML with no RSS feed or social media links.

I'd also love to know a solution to get notified of webpages changes (http, no RSS). Trying to watch several different pages.

One option would be to save the HTTP endpoint body to a text file in OneDrive using the Update file step and then on subsequent checks of the endpoint you would set a condition to compare the old body content you saved to the new body. However if the content you are trying to check is generated by javascript on the client side it is more complicated since Power Automate will NOT parse javascript like your browser. In most cases the above should give you what you need.

[Do not try to save to Excel since the cell character limits will likely trim the HTTP content body at the ~37k limit]

To add to what I mentioned above, you might want to also copy the contents of the prior HTTP content body to another file so you can use a file comparison program to look at the differences. This will help you understand whether the website you are trying to monitor is built in such a way as to make checking site updates impossible without complex parsing.

If you don't want to develop your own site watcher maybe you can use existing services like https://changetower.com/ I use it for years now
