Cloud flow triggered on Select a row of Excel onli...

Has anyone create a cloud flow inside a CDS solution that is triggered on a "Select a row" of the Excel Online for Business.

However the above flow is not coming up when I open the excel file that it is suppose to be triggered on.

Am i missing somethere here? or does it have to be an instant flow included a flow that is created inside a CDS solution...

Any help would be highly appreciated.
