Hi,
In order to have all the SharePoint Items linked to one user i wanted to combine several lists using the person/group column I have done several attempts using "User ID" but unfortunately without success
Basically the master list will be "AllUsers" where I have all my users the other lists also has the person/group column and is also unique in each list but the person/group does not necessarily exist in all sub-lists ,
it should be triggered with MS flow when any sub-lists item is created or updated it will update the master list "All Users" with some information from each list for example:
Master list "AllUsers" (person/group column ) | (text column ) | (text column ) | (text column ) |
User | Monitor Serial | Mobile Serial | Mobile Plan Serial |
MrSmith
| 123
| EX001
| Premium30
|
"Monitors" (person/group column ) | (text column ) | (Selection column ) | (Selection column ) |
User | Serial | Brand | Model |
MrSmith | 123 | Dell | LatiX |
"Mobile" (person/group column ) | (text column ) | (Selection column ) | (Selection column ) |
User | Serial | Brand | Model |
MrSmith | EX001 | HP | HPone1 |
"Mobile Plan" (person/group column ) | (Selection column ) | (Selection column ) | (Selection column ) |
User | Plan | Network op | Budget |
Mr Smith | Premium30 | Orange | 130 |
If I have the solution to make it work for one of the sub-list, I could replicate it with the others
Thanks in advance for the feedback
