Comparing Two Employment Contract for Differences in Verbiage

We have a process where we have to review each employment contract for variances.  Yes you would think they should be standardized but it is not always the case.  Is there a way to compare two PDF documents and have it report out any differences in Text?  Or some creative solution.  Has anyone ever built anythign like this? If so could you kindly point me to a suggestion or an idea?
