Condition relating to a branching within MS forms

Hi,

I have a MS form that contains Branching.  If they user selects Internal it goes to a different part of the Form and then to the submit form.

I'm trying to replicate this is a Flow.  So if Internal is selected then the flow condition branches to the Yes path and sends an email to a department.  If xternal is selected then it branches off to send an email to the users manager for them to approve / reject the request.

I did a test run and the approval / reject email was received.  What have I done wrong or not included in the flow??

Hi @ClarkyPA365

Check the run history and see what values are returned internal or external?  Could you post a screenshot of your run history?  The string comparisons are case sensitive. So that means 'Internal' or 'internal' evaluates differently.

Thanks

Hi,

School boy error.   The condition 'is equal to' I hadn't put exactly what the answer was.  Left out (St Andrew's).

Added it in a it works as I wanted.

Thank you for your reply
