Condition suddenly gives "expression result" false

Hi!

I created a flow several months ago and it suddenly stopped working the way I wanted.

The flow is as follows:

  • Get SharePoint item
  • Condition (2 conditions):
    • "Status" Value is equal to Open  AND
    • "Email sent?" is not equal to Yes
  • if no: nothing
  • if yes:
    • Update SharePoint item (change "Email sent?" to "Yes")
    • Send e-mail

Good to know: "Status" column is a choice column in SharePoint and "Email sent?" is a single line of text.

  • Previous situation (the right one): every time the "Status" was Open and the "Email sent?" was empty, it would fill the "Email sent?" with Yes and send out an e-mail to the right person.
  • Current situation: it doesn't detect one of these conditions anymore and always gives the expression result as false, even though both conditions are being met.

This issue occurred randomly and when I tried to make a copy of this flow in a "test environment" everything seems to work well.

Any ideas?

@JanouH  can you share the values you see in outputs on Get SharePoint item action from flow run?
