Connecting Ms Form and Flow

Hi,

I have to create a form template and share to all my users. Users then duplicate this to become their own form.

I have requirement to gather all responses counts receipt by each user in ONE Excel sheet.

I managed to find solution using MS. Flow, to gather every responses count to one excel file but the problem I am facing is I need to setup the Flow for every users. Imagine if I have more than 200 users.

Is there any other more efficient way to do this? ie : sharing my form template with integrated flow in it so I don’t need to setup every individual connector to each user form.

Is there a reason that everyone can't respond to a single Form?  Why do your users need to publish their own Form? 

If you did that, you wouldn't need Flow as Forms natively exports to Excel.

Everyone need their own form it’s regarding their own performance/feedback they got from customers but I need to collect how many feedback counts we got in a certain period without to ask users 1 by 1 or ask them to send the feedback result.

I there a way to send their feedback based on their name rather than send it to them on a. Form ? They could then approve the feedback they have received and then update the excel sheet ? Unless I am misunderstanding the use case.

As long as all of your users have access to the Excel workbook, technically there is no reason why all of the Flows can't be writing back to the same Excel file.  You could add a column to indicate the form that generated the new row of data.

I suggest that a better way might be to have all of the Flows write back to a SharePoint list rather than an Excel workbook.  You can, at any time, export he SharePoint data to Excel. I woiuld rather use SharePoint than Excel because I suspect that it is likely that you'll run into file locking issues if you use Excel.

Thanks for your answer to my question, during the test for some users, they able to write into Excel no problem at all.

But my question is as below ;
Is there any other more efficient way to do this? ie : sharing my form template with integrated flow in it so I don’t need to setup every individual FLOWconnector to each user’s form.

Imagine if I have 200 users, I need to setup the Flow one by one in order to point to users individual Form and also point to the same excel file.
