In the last few days, I've experienced failures in Flows from Forms into email and Teams. On each occasion it has been a connection issue within Office 365. Do you know if Office 365 connections time out after a set time and need to be refreshed? Has there been a change behind the scenes that might mean I need to re-build the Flows - or should they be stable again now that I have refreshed the account connection?
Having reconnected in one Flow, it looks as though all Flows are now connecting properly. So I hope the issue is resolved.
My understanding is that connections time out after a period of time (30 days I believe) if not used. However, I understand that Flow, behind the scenes, actually touches each connection periodically in order to prevent timeout issues.
So, you should not see connection issues because of a timeout - there is likely another factor causing your issues.
