Contract creation based on predeterminer clauses

I have a problem and i am stuck, so i am looking for sugestions.

I have prepared contractual clauses collected in a word document. I would like to do the following - the user to have some form of UI, through which to choose which clauses he wants in his contract and finally to generate the word document itself only with them.

Thinking about the problem, I think it can happen as the clauses are gathered in a sharepoint list, from where through powerapp in some way with drag and drop to be added. However, I'm not sure this is the right way. In addition, there are certain clauses in the contract that have quick parts, which formatting I want to keep so that the contract can then be put in a document set and be populated.

Is there a way to put something in the word file itself like a tick or some other part and then the flow to remove all paragraphs that do not meet this condition or is there a better way?

Thanks in advance
