Convert from PDF to HTML

I'm new to PowerApps and I want to ask some questions.

1. Is there anyway to convert PDF into HTML ? I want to edit PDFs in Power Apps.

2. Is there anyway to combine 2 PDFs?

You can use a third party Converter like Muhimbi to Merge PDF - You can have a look at the tutorial - https://clavinfernandes.wordpress.com/2019/06/18/merging-documents-to-pdf-using-micsrosoft-flow/

With reference to PDF to HTML - I am not aware of any Converter - but I know that it is pipeline for Muhimbi.

Besides Muhimbi, a great solution for PDF merging and many other automated processes is Plumsail Documents. Please note that it is a paid solution, with a one-month free trial. As for the PDF to HTML conversion, Adobe offers that:

1. Easily convert a PDF to HTML (adobe.com)
2. How to merge PDF files in Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), Azure Logic Apps, and PowerApps
