Hi, newbie here.
I have a simple power automate flow which sends an email when a SharePoint List entry is created. That all works great. My only issue is the date format in the email once received is in YYYY-MM-DD and I would like it in DD-MM-YYYY. How am I best to achieve that please? Thanks in advance,

Hi @Stokiedez ,
Try formatdatetime('2021-07-31','dd-MM-yyyy') and replace the first parameter with dynamic content.

Thanks, I was trying to overcomplicate matters by creating a string prior. Thanks for your help.
Hi @Stokiedez and @eric-cheng ,
I'm new to MS PowerAutomate. I'm trying to convert the date format to dd-MM-yyyy as well, however I'd like this to be converted in an email. Please see screenshot below.
How do I apply your expression in this situation?
Thanks in advance.
