Hi @andreas_TR ,

Please add a Delay action above the Get item action, and delay the execution of the following action for 5-10 minutes.

Please take a try again.

Hi @andreas_TR ,

The reason why the delay is recommended is that I speculate that Flow is triggered before the attachments have been uploaded successfully, so it is not possible to get all the attachments.

At present, I can't give a specific time delay, but 5-10 minutes should be enough to get all the attachments. You could set a delay of 3-5 minutes.🤔

Hi @andreas_TR ,

If list 1 is selected in the trigger, the Update item action should be configured outside Apply to each.

Please check that the ID is selected correctly and make sure they come from the expected action.

It also seems that there is no need to set the Degree of parallelism of Apply to each.

Please take a try again and feel free to let me know if the issue still exists.

Best Regards.

thank you @v-bacao-msft

i add a delay of 2 minutes above the Get Item action and for my two first records worked

But with my third record the same behavior

Is it a way to find out the minimum delay time for this flow ?

5-10 minutes for production i think its not acceptable time
