Copy plans to multiple channels

sometimes it is necessary to create the same task for each channel. it concerns 100 channels. copying a plan manually takes a lot of time. is it possible to copy a task with a checklist to multiple channels?

I guess that was a 'no' then.

Can a plan be set at the Team level and made to monitor all channels and dynamically involve only members of each channel? One plan fits all but with different outcomes.
