Hello,
Is there a way to create a drop down menu with data from a column in a Sharepoint list in a flow, similar to a Lookup Column in Sharepoint?
I have a list and would like to create a flow that would be triggered for selected items in that list. In the 'Run Flow' window in Sharepoint, I would like there to be a drop down menu with options from a column in a separate Sharepoint list for users to choose from before running the flow.
Right now, all I see is a way to create a drop down menu in the 'Run Flow' window by entering in each value by hand. I have thousands of options that need to be presented in this drop down menu, so that is not a feasible method to enter the data. Is there a way to set the values in the drop down menu in Flow to the values of a Sharepoint column? Thank you for your help.
I miss also that use case, I find it very useful.
As far as I know, the only way right now to accomplish this is by means of a Powerapps.
Please note it was one of the features suggested in the following idea https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/Create-multiple-input-types-for-buttons/idi-p/33695
