Hi Team, I want to create a planner task when an email is flagged, however I have 30+ subfolders and do not want to create 30+ flows. Please can someone suggest a way around this please?
@milo1234 sorry to disappoint you but I don't see a way to do this by just one flow, there is no option available.
I also tried get emails action to see if there is any attribute associated with the flag but there is none, check the output of a sample Get emails action
as you can see there is no key for flagged so iterating all emails is also not possible.

Hi Jiniv. Thank you for your response.
Is there a way to move a copy of flagged emails into one subfolder so I can then use this folder for the flow?
The rule will need to scan all subfolders.
