Create a Flow for Another Organisation

Just started using Forms and Flow in my organisation.
I’ve demonstrated one of the projects I’ve created to a client who wants something similar.

How would I create a client project for their organisation using their SharePoint?

Do they need to add me as a user to their organisation?  Is there another way?
Thanks.

They will need to add you as a user to their Organization, and also provide you access to their SharePoint...

Once they add you\give you permission, you can export your existing solution and import it to the new Tenant.  For details see: https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/import-export-bap-packages/

During the import you can update your credentials.
