I have successfully created a flow for creating tasks in a planner to happen once someone submits a Form, but now I want to help a coworker and do the same for an existing form of theirs. I seem stuck, because I don't own the form - it's only been shared with me as a collaborator, so I can edit the form, but in the Power Automate "Create Your Flow" screens, it won't appear.
If it helps, I'm the organization's O365 Admin - is there something I can do to get access to the form via Power Automate?
Is there another step the owner of the form should do?
I suppose I could walk them through creating it themself, but it's not the type of thing they're familiar with, and I'd like to find another solution first.
Thanks for any advice!
