Re: Create a flow that send email and if I don't receive asnwer sending again

Hi @wconstanza,

Could you please show a bit more about the work order that you mentioned?

Is it the work order in Dynamics 365?

I suppose that the work order that you mentioned is the work order in Dynamics 365, is it true? I have made a test on my side, when a new work order is created, send an email to the recipient, if the recipient doesn't answer the email in 5 minutes, then resend the email again.

I assume that the email has a unique Subject, please take a try with the following workaround:

  • Add a proper trigger, here I use Flow Button trigger for testing (On you sider, you should modify it into "When a record is created" trigger).
  • Add a "Do Until" action, click "Edit in advanced mode", type the following formula:

@not(empty(body('Filter_array')))

  • Within "Apply to each" action, add a "Send an email" action, specify recipient within To field of "Send an email" action. Add a "Delay" action, Count set to 5 and Unit set to Minutes. Then add a "Get items" action.

         Add a "Filter array" action, From set to output of "Get emails" action, click "Edit in advanced mode", type the following formula:

@and(equals(item()?['From'], 'Test3@xxxxxx.onxxxxxxxxx.com'),contains(item()['Subject'], 'Re: A new work order is created'))

Note: The 'Test3@xxxxxx.onxxxxxxxxx.com' represents the email address of the recipient, the 'A new work order is created' represents the subject of the email.

The flow works successfully as below:19.JPG

Best regards,

Kris
