Create flow to update excel files saved as documents in Sharepoint

I have 2 SharePoint sites (let's call them Site A and Site B).

 - In Site A I  have an excel folder called File A

 - In Site B I  have an excel folder called File B

 

What I'd like to do is when any changes are made to File A I want those changes to be reflected in File B.

 

I am quite new to Power Automate and I've done quite a bit of researching all the threads I've seen are for when a Sharepoint list is updated reflect those changes in an excel file.

Can someone share an example flow of when 2 excels are involved or give me some direction as I'm not sure what triggers I should be using.
