Create multiple link from lists attachments moved to folder

HI,

Ive tried many ways to get this to work,

Im trying to build a flow that copies the attachments from a list to a folder and returns the links to list items

However after literally weeks i cannot get it too work, could someone have a look at my flow and tell me where im going wrong, all the advice ive revieved has been inadequate for my current flow knowledge
