Create tasks in Planner from Excel using Automate

Hi. I don't speak English, so I apologize if I make a mistake, I'm using a translator. I am new using Power Automate and I am trying to create tasks in Planner from an Excel. The Excel file that I use to create tasks contains the information imported from another Planner. Basically we are changing tenant. I have managed to create tasks in the default "Pending" bucket but I cannot create new buckets from the flow and use the dates because I get this error.
Anotación 2020-01-30 161744.jpg

 I understand that it has to do with the format but I can't solve it.

This is the date format in Excel

 I would appreciate any help you can provide

I think the issue is with the format of the date stored in the excel.

For planner the date has to be in the format " 2018-04-13T00:42:19.284Z "

for this you can use the following formula to format the date in power automate

formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss.sssZ')

In place of utcNow(), you can specify the content from where you are getting the date.

Re: Create tasks in Planner from Excel using Automate

Hi @robertopolo

The date and time format of excel cells works a bit different. You will have to perform certain calculations or changes on the column type for this to work. I have shared the formulas and the workaround for this in this post here: https://www.bythedevs.com/post/working-with-date-time-data-of-excel-in-power-automate

Hope this Helps!

Re: Create tasks in Planner from Excel using Automate

@robertopolo

Since you do not speak English, I switch into Spanish to make a summary of current answers. Hope PA flow community administrators will understand my motivations to change language

Also, can you share a screenshot with design details of "Create a task" and also confirm the format given to the Excel cell you are getting the date?

formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss.sssZ')
