Creating a document library and assigning a new content type

Hello

I have been searching, however I have not found a direct answer so hopefully someone can help me, even to tell me its not possible. I have a requirement where I need to create documents libraries and add a new content type of email to them.

I have the process working via a PowerShell script, though this will not be viable for my users going forward.

I can create a document library via the following:

I have also gotten the new content type's ID and was hoping that adding the following would work:

"ContentTypeId" : "0x0101004DAFA0A932C94645B584822535763071"

Now the flow fails.
