Creating a flow with overdue items in a table

Hi all,

I have a SharePoint list with tasks and due dates, and I would like to create automatic reminders. Eg the list for same due dates has several task names and other columns associated. How do I send an email reminder with an HTML table with each row having a due task from the SharePoint list ? Is this something feasible?

I can create reminders with single entities, but I wanted to combine several flow into one. Just pointing the logic of the flow will be enough.

Thanks for helping.

Re: Creating a flow with overdue items in a table

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a screenshot of your sharepoint list?

Do you want to get the items in the list which's task due date is not null?

If you want to get the items in the list which's task due date is not null and then create those items with html table,I have made a test on my side to create a sharepoint list as below:

Capture.PNG

please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

Capture.PNG

The expression in the Filter Array as below:

@not(empty(item()?['DueDate']))

The expression of the TaskName as below:

item()?['TaskName']

The expression of the DueDate as below:

item()?['DueDate']

The flow would run successfully as below:

Capture.PNG

Best regards,

Alice

Re: Creating a flow with overdue items in a table

Thanks Alice for your reply. Give me few days for testing.

Browsing the interet I also found this link.

The two options seem to solve the problem aligthly differently which is good for my learning.

The proposed solution solved my problem.
How to increase the level of control over the table using HTML?
Thanks.
