Creating an automation when a list is changed (Created or Modified)

Good Afternoon, 

I'm looking for some advice and perhaps someone can help me.

I have a form that feeds information into a list (works great!). We use this list to take action when applicable and I've added some fun adaptive cards. 

Ideally, I want this list to send an approval when the list is changed from "New" to "Approval Needed".

My current flows complains that it's a constant loop

Are we able to see the set-up of your flow, with the actions expanded?

Hi @BrandonLinford 

Could you please tell me:

Is your Trigger set to When an item is created or modified?
According to your screenshot, there is an update item action in the flow, and its combination with the trigger will cause an infinite loop.
I suggest you add a trigger condition, the flow will trigger only when the column you need is modified to Approval Needed.
