Data Gateway to connect a Sharepoint list to a SQL Server view

Hi everybody,

I recently installaed the Microsoft Data Gateway to connect a sql server view to a sharepoint list.

My gol is: when an item is added (or modified) on sql server view, the flow will have to modify a row on sharepoint table. On an old article found on internet, i read that the gateway does not work on sql server views, but only on standard tables.

Can you confirm that there is no other solution to solve my problem?

Thanks!

UPDATE: the flow "when item is created" works on views based on a single table, but it does not work if a view is based on 2 joined tables (as if the "ID" Identity field that I inserted in one of the 2 tables no longer worked).

Is there any solution?
