Date conversion

What to add in this expression, so that it takes eastern time?

 

formatDateTime(addDays(utcNow(),-1),'yyyy-MM-dd')

formatDateTime(convertFromUtc(addDays(utcNow(),-1),'Eastern Standard Time'),'yyyy-MM-dd')
