Date is adding two more dates when formatting

I'm formatting a date obtained from an excel online sheet to pass it to HTML. When formating I have used the following expression :

addDays('1900-01-01',int(item()?['invoice_due']),'MM-dd-yyyy')

But the date in the HTML output in the email sent out by the action is showing two more extra dates added. For example, if the date in the excel online is 12/2/2019 when it's going to HTML in the email it's 2-04-2019

Looking for the support on this - Thank you!

Here's a screenshot of my flow :

I have found the answer to the above - the expression should be changed to as follows to get rid of adding two extra days to the dates to the given date:

addDays('12-30-1899',int(item()?['invoice_due']),'MM-dd-yyyy')
